Horney (May 14 and 21, 1904) urging the captain to submit his paper on ordnance as soon as possible to the International Engineering Congress, of which Hunt was Secretary.

William Crozier (b. Feb. 19, 1855, Carrollton, Ohio-d. Nov. 10, 1942, Washington, D.C.), Major General in the U.S. Army, graduated from West Point in 1876 and began his military career in campaigns against Indians on the frontier. He later returned to the Military Academy to teach mathematics.
